Webmaster's note: astute readers will have noticed that the estimated ratings have up until now been based on the July 1st list. I have just finished correcting the ratings of the 113 USSO players whose ratings changed in July, so that post-USSO estimates can be computed as carefully as possible. The estimates do take into account the split-rating of the event as two 14-game tournaments; they do not account for players whose ratings are volatile because they have not yet played their initial 50 games.
