OTCWL2014 Errata

The NASPA Dictionary Committee is ready to announce the final list of corrections to the printed edition of the Official Tournament and Club Word List (2014 Edition). A total of 40 words are to be added, and 47 words are to be deleted.

Here are the changes to the lexicon among words of up to 8 letters. The words NIBLET and NIBLETS should be added; and the following 24 words should be deleted: BOULESES CATALESE CHAMBRES CHEVYS CONYS COUNTIER CYANTHIA DECANAI DOTTIE DOTTIES GULESES HUMUSIER JAKESES JEESLIER JEEZLIER JUSES KETAINER NACHESES ONCES POSEYS ROSINIER SITU TELOSES TURPSES.

The complete list of changes, which includes words of more than 8 letters which are unlikely to be encountered often in play, may be downloaded from NASPA Member Services or directly at http://www.scrabbleplayers.org/cgi-bin/doc.pl?did=3. It will also be incorporated into the forthcoming release of the Zyzzyva word tool.
