Paul Epstein

Round 1. Epstein faces Rashid Khan, a 31-year-old doctor and top-ranked player from Pakistan.
Epstein lost to Khan 397-361, and is now in 69th place, 0-1 -64.
Round 2. Epstein loses again, to top-rated female American player Lisa Odom, 388-448. He's now in 85th place, 0-2 -124.
Round 3. Epstein loses to Wilma Warwick of Scotland, 421-445, and is now in 89th place, 0-3 -148.
Round 4. Epstein loses yet another game, 372-440 to Sri Lanka's Naween Fernando. He drops to 93rd place, 0-4 -216.
Round 5. Epstein wins his first game against 94th place Johnson Fasuba (Seychelles) 492-237, and jumps to the top of the 1-4 group, the only one with a positive spread, 82nd place, 1-4 +39.
Round 6. Epstein wins his second game against Ishtiaq Chishty of Saudi Arabia, 391-380. He's up to 67 place now, 2-4 +50.
Round 7. Epstein won against Kong Chock Heng (MY) 384-378. Epstein is now #56, with a record of 3-4 +56.
Round 8. Epstein won against Steve Polatnick (US) 522-415. Epstein is now #40, with a record of 4-4 +163.
Round 9. Epstein lost to Ron Tiekert (US) 379-496. Epstein is now #58, with a record of 4-5 +46.
Round 10. Epstein lost to Gareth Williams (WA) 399-420. Epstein is now #65, with a record of 4-6 +25.
Round 11. Epstein won against Jim Nanavati (CA) 394-389. Epstein is now #55, with a record of 5-6 +30.
