NSA webmaster John J. Chew III, sits beside the bank of computer operators who meticulously comb through each scorecard with division leaders during lunch. Division 1 leader Bonnie Rudolph works with Fleurette Turkenkopf, division 2 leader Mary Rhoades works with Howard Turkenkopf, Director of Operations Laura Klein works on division 3's cards with Tony Wilson, Division 4 leader Bryan Pepper works with Ashvin Shah, Division 5 leader Wendell Smith works with William Saines, and Christina Coughlin works with Division 7 leader John Robertson (Division 6 leader, Matt Hopkins, will work with Christina in a few minutes as she is responsible for data entry for the bottom two divisions).
