As has been the case the last two years, John Robertson will again be hosting a fun-filled, team trivia contest at the NASC on Saturday, August 6.  Everyone is welcome to participate--even people not involved in the NASC.  The cost to enter is a measly $5 US per person.  Teams may have a maximum of seven players.  You may form a team in advance.  If you arrive solo, you will be assigned to a team.  (Anyone who sits at a players' table must be a paid member of the team.  No exceptions!)

The event will be held in the Courtyard by Marriott Legacy B/C room. We had an overflow crowd of 77 participants in Reno last year, so arrive early to ensure you get a table. As has been the case the last two years, I, John Robertson will again be hosting a fun-filled, team trivia contest at the NASC on Saturday, August 6.

Approximately 90% of the entry fees will be returned as prize money. The remainder goes to offset the cost of photocopying and other materials. The event should last anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes.

The quiz is on general trivia featuring both oral rounds and handouts. There's something for everybody: sports, music, art, history, geography, science, literature, current events, TV, movies, pop culture, etc. There will be various specialty rounds and a two-part Jeopardy!-like wagering round to conclude the evening.

Michael Gincel has kindly volunteered to be my general assistant and scorekeeper this year. (There's no such thing as too much help, so anyone else interested in assisting is welcome to contact me too.)

The event will be held in the Courtyard by Marriott Legacy B/C room. We had an overflow crowd of 77 participants in Reno last year, so arrive early to ensure you get a table. I have enough materials to accommodate 15 teams. Registration starts at 7:45. The event will begin at 8 p.m. Players will experience a fun and informative evening--and many laughs!
