# Who is in charge of NASPA? <br />The NASPA is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in Texas, governed by its board of trustees. # Will there be executive stipends, will the members decide them, and will they be published? <br /> YesNASPA reports its budget in accordance with statutory requirements governing nonprofit corporations. Executive stipends, if any, are determined by the board of trustees. As of 2012, because there are and will be people working long hours and spending money for the association; nostipends as such, the membership at large will not vote on compensation; yes, but NASPA will report is reimbursing some expenses necessary for its budget operation, and disbursing approximately $2,000 per month in accordance with statutory requirementsconsulting fees.
