About the 2000 NHSSC

GETTING READY Each school is responsible for selecting a two-member team and two alternates through a SCRABBLE® competition.
WHO One two-member team per school, comprised of students in 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grades. The team can be from a single grade or a combination of grades. A coach (teacher, administrator, parent volunteer, etc.) must accompany the team to the event as a chaperone.

RULES School SCRABBLE® Kit Rules will be used.
LUNCH Lunch will be provided for all contestants and their designated coach.
TRANSPORTATION Each school is responsible for providing or authorizing transportation to and from the event.
